I have been on a crepe kick and these crepes are delicious while still in line with my WELLNESS GOALS.
RECIPE:
4 egg whites whipped
1/4 cup of almond milk
2 scoops of chocolate protein ( I use 20/20 protein by @f_factor )
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
Mix ingredients and heat 12” pan, pour a ladle full of batter and quickly lift the pan and turn it so the batter spreads thinly across the pan, flip and repeat.
TOPPING: I use @pbtrimmed and blackberries to stay in line with my wellness goals. These are SOOOO GOOD😋
