Ingredients:

  • 2 Kiwis

  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate

  • 1 Tbsp sea salt

Directions:

  1. Peel and slice your kiwis into 1/4" thick slices. Place the slices directly on a clean kitchen towel or paper towel. Pat the kiwi slices to dry them thoroughly.

  2. Place the kiwi slices on a plate and place them directly in the freezer for at least 30 minutes or up to an hour.

  3. Once the kiwis have slightly hardened, begin to melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave in 15 second increments, mixing in between, until the chocolate is smooth and melted.

  4. Remove the kiwi slices from the freezer, dip them in the chocolate and place directly on a parchment lined plate or baking sheet. Top them with sea salt and repeat with all of the kiwi slices.

  5. Place the chocolate dipped kiwi back in the freezer for an additional 30 minutes and enjoy.


Storage: store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months.
