Zero Carb Grilled Cheese



I have been craving grilled cheese and this one did not disappoint ....Enjoy with some tomato soup or marinara sauce! 🍞I used ZERO CARB BREAD by @thinslimfoods, I discovered this bread while scanning the isles of my grocery store, and I am pretty impressed 💁🏻‍♀️It tastes like a low carb bread, but add some cheese and it transforms into the perfect grilled cheese sandwich . NUTRITION: it has 45 calories per slice, 7 grams of CARB and 7 grams of fiber per slice, so this sandwich packs on 14 grams of FIBER.


RECIPE: toast the bread in a pan, spray with coconut oil spray, sprinkle 1/4 cup part skim mozzarella cheese and pepper on one side and sandwich the slices together. Cook on low heat until the cheese is melted and ENJOY!
