1 Large Head Iceberg Lettuce, roughly chopped
2 Medium Tomatoes, chopped
1 (15 oz.) Can of Corn, strained
1/2 Cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
1/4 Red Onion, sliced
1 Avocado, cubed
1/4 Cup Parsley, minced
2 Tbsp Chives, minced
3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Lime, juice
Wash, dry and roughly chop the lettuce. Add to a large bowl.
Chop the tomatoes and add to the bowl. Cube up the avocado and slice the onions. Add to the bowl. Add in the strained corn, minced parsley and chives.
