Seared Tuna Salad

thewellnessforlife

Starting my Monday on Sunday by eating super clean all day and finishing off with this SESAME SEARED TUNA SALAD šŸŸ I love seared tuna, it is super easy and quick to make and it always comes out looking fancier than it really is!

āļø RECIPE:

šŸŸ SESAME SEARED TUNA:

- 1 piece of tuna steak

- 3 TBS soy sauce

- 1 TBS soy vey

- 1 tsp Sriracha

- 3 TBS sesame seeds

- Salt and Pepper

āœ”ļøINSTRUCTIONS:

- In a ziplock bag, place the tuna steak, all sauces and some pepper. Move the bag around to mix all of the ingredients pretty well, then place in the fridge and let it marinate for 1+ hours (I usually do this in the morning before I am going to eat it, the longer it marinates the more flavorful the fish is)

- Heat a pan on medium-low heat, place 1 TBS of sesame oil or another oil of your choice in the pan and then place the tuna steak in the pan. Cook on one side for 5-7 minutes and then the other side for 5 minutes (varies depending on how well done you like the fish)

- After the fish is cooked, Coat it in sesame seeds, slice and serve! .

SALAD šŸ„— has...

- Arugula

- Bean Sprouts

- Cabbage

- Carrots

- @seapointfarms wasabi edamame

- Scallions

- Makato dressing

ENJOY!
