Pretzel S’mores Bites




RECIPES

Ingredients:

  1. 30 Mini pretzels (gluten free optional)

  2. 15 Jumbo marshmallows (vegan optional)

  3. 1/4 Cup chocolate chips (vegan optional)

Directions:

  1. Prepare a parchment lined plate or baking sheet

  2. Lay out half of the pretzels on the parchment lined plate

  3. Cut or tear the marshmallows in half and place 1/2 of a marshmallow on each pretzel

  4. Sandwich the marshmallow with the remaining pretzels

  5. Melt the chocolate (either on a double boiler or in the microwave in 30 second increments)

  6. Dip each pretzel s'mores sandwich halfway into the melted chocolate and place directly back on the parchment lined plate. Repeat for all of the s'mores sandwiches.

  7. Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or in the fridge and enjoy!
