Peanutbutter Pretzel Cookies



  • 1 Cup almond flour

  • 1/3 Cup granular monkfruit sweetener

  • 12 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

  • 2/3 Cup creamy PB

  • 1 Large egg

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 4-5 Mini pretzels (gluten free optional)

  • 1/4 Cup chocolate chips (vegan optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Roughly chop the pretzels, saving a few larger pieces, and set aside

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients

  4. Add the wet ingredients to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix to form a dough

  5. Add the chopped pretzels and chocolate chips to the bowl and fold to combine

  6. Scoop the dough into 12 balls and place them 2" apart on a greased baking sheet

  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes and allow to cool completely before enjoying.
