Peanut Butter Collagen Cookies




RECIPE:


  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 3 tbs of collagen powder

  • 3 tbs inulin powder

  • 3 tbs coconut flour

  • 3 tbs hemp heart

  • 3 tbs monkfruit sweetener

  • 6 tbs peanut butter powder

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 cup nut butter of choice

  • 1/2 cup fiber syrup, monkfruit syrup or maple syrup

  • 1 egg



✔️Directions:


  1. Preheat the oven to 350F,

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the sry ingredients,

  3. in the same bowl, add the wet ingredients and mix together with a spatula until fully combined,

  4. Grease a baking sheet,

  5. Using an iced cream scooper or a tablespoon to scoop equal sized dollops of dough onto the greased baking sheet (they will expand to over double in size so leave at least 2” in between each cookie),

  6. Bake for 9 minutes (they will seem very soft but they firm up, you want them to be soft so they are chewy when they cool)
