This Mediterranean Salmon is crispy on the outside thanks to the mediterranean herb crust and bursting with juicy flavor on the inside. 1 lb. Wild salmon
3 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
2 tsp Dried Basel
2 tsp Dried oregano
2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
Preheat oven to 425F and set aside a parchment lined baking sheet.
Remove the skin from the salmon (if not already removed) and cut the salmon into 2' sized cubes.
Add the cubed salmon to a medium sized bowl with all other ingredients. Using your clean hands or a spatula, toss the salmon to full coat in the herb mixture.
Spread the marinated salmon out on the lined baking sheet approximately 1-2" apart.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is golden and crispy on the outside.
