Low Carb Inulin Bagels

No better way to start your morning than with a GUT HEALTHY BAGEL. This bagel is rich in minerals and nutrients that promote gut and hormone health, and they taste DELICIOUS


✔️INGREDIENTS (Makes 8 Bagels)

  • 1/2 C Almond Flour

  • 1 TBS Flax Seed

  • 1 TBS Coconut flour

  • 1 tsp Baking Powder

  • 6 TBS Inulin Powder (start slow—if you haven’t been eating a high fiber diet, start with 3 TBS), I recommend @simplygangsterchic

  • Optional: 5 tbs collagen powder (I began adding it to the bagels and I LOVE IT. Great way to get some extra protein in)

  • 3 Eggs

  • 4 TBS raw tahini (I use @wholefoods365 Brand)

  • 2 TBS Fiber Syrup (I use @choczero )

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Everything but the bagel seasoning . ✔️INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F,

  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly (saving the bagel seasoning to top),

  3. Pour batter into a greased donut/bagel baking tray,

  4. Top with bagel seasoning,

  5. Bake at 375F for 18-20 minutes.

Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
