RECIPE:
āļøMuffins INGREDIENTS:
4 Scoops @f_factor 20/20 Protein Powder
8 egg whites
2/3 Cup Wheat Bran
1/4 Cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt
2 TSP baking Powder
2 TSP coconut Oil
āļøCheesecake Filling: 4 TBS Low Fat Cream-cheese, 2 TBS of 1 Whole Beaten Egg, 1 TSP SteviaāWhip the Cream-Cheese, Add 2 TBS of beaten egg and stevia, whisk until smooth. . āļøINSTRUCTION:
Whisk Muffin Ingredients together
in a separate bowl make the Cheesecake mixture
Under-Fill a greased muffin tin with the muffin batter (fill about 1/4 way full)
spoon 2 TSP of Cheesecake mixture into the muffin tins on top of muffin batter and swirl gently
BAKE at 400F for 15-20 minutes. ENJOY šš»šŖš¼
