RECIPE
INULIN CHIA PUDDING
- 2 TBS white chia seeds
- 1 TBS inulin powder (Simply Inulin, available in Shop>Product Recommendation)
- 2/3 Cup almond milk
- Dash of Cinnamon
- 1 TBS Pitaya powder
✔️Directions: Mix all ingredients in a container, let it sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours (mix halfway through). Enjoy as a topping to yogurt, smoothie bowls or Pancakes
PROTEIN PANCAKES
- 4 egg whites
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
✔️Directions: whisk the egg whites thoroughly, then add all ingredients. Heat a pan or pancake pan on medium to low heat, dollop batter onto pan and could on both sides. Enjoy!
