Heirloom Roasted Carrots

This simple and delicious recipe is perfect as a side dish or to top salads with.


Recipe:


INGREDIENTS

1 bag of heirloom carrots, peeled

2 Tbs olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper


INSTRUCTIONS: coat the carrots with all ingredients, place on baking dish and bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes or until carrots are tender and golden.
