Golden Turmeric Cookie Crack Bar Recipe


GOING FOR GOLD with these Golden Turmeric Cookie Crack Bars. I have been so excited to share this recipe with you guys. These bars are so rich in flavor without the sugar in typical bars!

RECIPE:


- 1/4 cup almond flour @bobsredmill

- 1/4 cup coconut flour

- 1/2 cup @f_factor 20/20 Vanilla protein

- 1 tsp turmeric

- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tsp vanilla

- 2 tbs fiber syrup

- 3 tbs coconut oil

- 4 tbs C almond butter

- 1 tsp stevia

- 1/3 Cup stevia sweetened chocolate + 1 tsp coconut oil for the top coating (i use @lilys_sweets_chocolate )



✔️ Directions:


(1) mix all ingredients excep the lily’s chips,


(2) line a 8x8 baking dish with wax paper,


(3) firmly press the mixture into the baking dish and create an even layer, make sure to press it firmly and get the edges, and place it in the freezer for 30+ minutes,


(4) melt the chocolate and 1 tsp coconut oil,


(6) after the cookie base has settled in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (longer is better), melt the chocolate, remove the cookie base from the freezer and coat the top of the cookie base in the chocolate


(7) place the dish back in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours,


(8) after the crack bar has firmed in the freezer for a few hours, remove, cut into 9 squares and ENJOY.
