Creamy Cilantro Lime Vegan Dressing

RECIPE:


Ingredients:

  • 1/3 Cup raw cashews,

  • 2 tbs olive oil,

  • Juice of 1 lime,

  • 1/2 Cup water,

  • Large bunch of cilantro,

  • 1-2 cloves of garlic (i prefer more garlic but it depends on your preference),

  • Large pinch of salt and pepper

Directions:


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 60 seconds. ENJOY!
