These are SOOO delicious and satisfying, believe it or not but this savory snack is HEALTHY, LOW CARB and NUTRITIOUS 💚💪🏼 .

All of these tots are only 260 CALORIES‼️ and 7 Carb - 6 fiber = 1 NET CARB . ⭐️⭐️RECIPE: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ✔️ INGREDIENTS: - 1 bag frozen riced cauliflower . - 1 shallot -1/4 cup fine wheat bran - 1 egg - 1 egg white - 3 TBS Parmesan Cheese grated - 1 TBS Dried Basil - 1 TSP Garlic Powder - 1 TSP Salt - 1 TSP Pepper - Marinara for dipping . ✔️INSTRUCTIONS: Mince Shallot, Sauté in Pan, Add Frozen Cauliflower, cook through (make sure the cauliflower is dried that enough water evaporated), let cauliflower cool, while Cauliflower is cooling—whip up Egg and Egg White, add Cheese, Wheat Bran and Herbs, mix cooled Cauliflower in with Egg Mixture, Form Golf Ball Sized Tots (dough is moist so be delicate), Bake for 18-20 Minutes at 400 degrees (flip Halfway through)
