2 NET CARB SAVORY WAFFLES 🍳....Lately I have been experimenting with Carbquik and loving it as a non-sweet baking ingredient for SAVORY DISHES. . NUTRITION: This stack of 2 large Waffles has only 2 net carbs, 14 grams of FIBER and 25 grams of PROTEIN


✔️INGREDIENTS: - 1/3 cup Carbquik @carbquik_central . - 1 scoop collagen peptides (not necessary but a great source of protein) i use @vitalproteins . - 1/4 tap salt and pepper to taste - 4 egg whites . - 1 tsp baking powder - 4 tsp almond milk - TOPPING: 1 whole egg, avocado, scallion and everything but the bagel seasoning ✔️INSTRUCTION: - whip egg whites, add all ingredients, pour into heated waffle iron. - meanwhile, fry up a sunny side egg and slice avocado to top! - top with toppings of choice ENJOY 🥑🍳🥑🍳🥑🌱
