Frozen Yogurt Cookie Sandwich


FROYO COOKIE SANDWICHES 🍦🍪 this healthy dessert will satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you on track with your wellness goals


🥜PEANUT BUTTER FROZEN YOGURT🥜sandwiched between DOUBLE CHOCOLATE chocolate chip cookies. This is so delicious and perfect to keep in your freezer.


NUTRITION: Only 80 CALORIES per FROYO SANDWICH


RECIPE:

(make 15 Sandwiches—30 cookies)

🍪COOKIES - 2 egg - 1 cup 0% plain greek yogurt - 1/2 cup fine wheat bran - 1 cup almond flour - 1 cup 20/20 F-Factor Protein Powder - 2 TBS Sukrin Gold Syrup - 2 TBS powdered peanut butter . - 2 TBS cocoa powder - 1 TSP baking powder - 2 TBS vanilla - 2 TBS (60) Lily’s chips . . 🍦FROZEN YOGURT: - 1 cup of 0% plain greek yogurt - 2 Tbs powdered peanut butter - 1 TSP stevia . . ✔️INSTRUCTION: pre-heat oven to 350F

- COOKIES: (1) Whip Egg, (2) add vanilla, syrup, yogurt, mix together, (3) add dry ingredients (baking powder, protein, wheat bran, cocoa, powder peanut butter), mix,(4) Use small ice cream scooper or tablespoon to place small scoops onto greased baking sheet... BAKE for 12 minutes on 350f

- FROYO: mix all ingredients

- SANDWICHES: When cookies cool, place small dollop of yogurt mixture on cookie and sandwich together. place in the freezer for at least an hour and ENJOY ‼️💫‼️💫‼️
