Tahini Lemon Cauliflower



  • 1 head of cauliflower (Or 1-2 bags of pre-cut cauliflower),

  • 1/4 Cup tahini,

  • 1/3 Cup water,

  • Juice of 1 Lemon,

  • 1 tsp dried cumin,

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika,

  • 1/2 tap garlic powder

  • Large pinch of salt and pepper,

  • Parsley for garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 375F,

  2. In a large bowl (or in a blender, which makes it very easy and quick), add all ingredients except the cauliflower, whisk until fluffy and fully combined,

  3. Cut your cauliflower up into florets,

  4. Add the cauliflower and the tahini spread to a bowl and stir to fully coat the cauliflower,

  5. Bake the cauliflower for 15 minutes and enjoy!
