Matcha Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Bark with Inulin
This 5 minutes recipe ⏰ is SO DELICIOUS. I love keeping this yogurt bark in the freezer to enjoy as an after-dinner-treat! .
2 Cups 0% plain greek yogurt
1 TBS stevia or sweetener of choice
1 TBS matcha powder - 3 TBS Inulin Powder (I recommend @simplygangsterchic )
Topping of choice (I used BEE POLLEN and @julianbakery Pro Granola)
✔️INSTRUCTIONS: line a small baking sheet or tray with parchment paper or a silicon mat. Mix together yogurt, matcha, and stevia. Pour yogurt mixture onto parchment paper and spread to create an even layer about 4 mm thick. Drizzle the PB2 on top of the yogurt and then sprinkle with toppings of choice. FREEZE for at-least 2 hours and ENJOY. Store in Freezer :)
