Mashed Faux-Tatos (Cauliflower Mash)



  • 2 Large heads of cauliflower

  • 2 Cloves of garlic

  • 1/4 Cup almond milk

  • Salt and pepper

  • Optional: Butter and scallions to garnish


  1. Cut the cauliflower up into equal sizes florets and steam the cauliflower until soft on the center,

  2. Add the cooked cauliflower to a large pot with the garlic, salt and pepper, and almond milk,

  3. Using an emulsion blender, blend the ingredients up until creamy (if you don’t have an emulsion blender, you can blend the ingredients in a regular blender),

  4. Transfer your cauli-mash to a serving dish, garnish with butter and scallions!
