These are crunchy and so flavorful, perfect to top a salad, zucchini noodles, pasta, or just to dip in marinara sauce.

CRISPY SHRIMP POPPERS 🍤 they are crunchy and sooo FLAVORFUL, perfect to top a salad, zoodles, palimi pasta, or just to dip in marinara sauce. RECIPE: ✔️INGREDIENTS: - 25-30 raw shrimps (peeled, deveined) - 2 Egg Whites Whipped - 1/4 Cup Wheat Bran (Shiloh Farms) - 2 TBS Parmesan Cheese - 1 TBS Dried Basil - 1/2 TBS Garlic Powder - 1/2 TBS Onion Powder - 1 TSP Red Pepper Flakes - Salt and Pepper to taste ✔️INSTRUCTION:

(1) Mix together Wheat Bran, Parmesan, Basil, Garlic, Onion, Pepper Flakes, Salt and Pepper;

(2) In a separate bowl, whip 2 egg whites;

(3) Coat each shrimp in egg whites, then coat shrimp in wheat bran mixture and place shrimp directly on baking dish (OR Air fryer tray—I used an air fryer);

(4) Bake (or Air fry) at 400F for 15 minutes or until shrimp are golden and crispy (may need more time if baking). ENJOY‼️
