Speaking of “fake it till you make it,” @melissawoodhealth once said that, in part, sometimes to stay so positive even on a bad day, she manifests a level of positivity through various practices and “fakes it till she makes it”....
Sometimes I wake up on the wrong side of the bed, in a “funk” and riddled with anxiety...anyone else?
Meditation, deep breathing and restorative yoga are some tools I use when I find myself in a funk... implementing these practices helps to shift my perspective and to be present, ridding me of hypothetical and intangible roots of anxiety. RECIPE:
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup coconut milk unsweetened
- 2 scoops @f_factor 20/20 vanilla
- 1 tap spirulina powder
