A few simple pointers to make your life a whole lot easier!



This is such an easy lunch for any day of the week, and it is very helpful to have different veggies and protein options prepared ahead of time so I can decrease my prep time during the week.

✨MY MEAL PREP consisted of:✨ . 🥕 I prepared my HEIRLOOM CARROTS . 🐟 I prepared my TUNA SALAD (see Tuna Salad Recipe) . . 🥒I keep fresh veggies on hang such as SNAP PEAS and CUCUMBER to throw on a salad or snack on. . . 🥗I threw some of my meal prep on a bed of ROMAINE lettuce, topped with @traderjoes GREEN GODDESS dressing. . .
