Sage Butter Cauliflower Gnocchi

TIP: when cooking cauliflower gnocchi, ignore the cooking instructions on the bag and PAN SEAR them. This results in a perfect texture gnocchi!



Ingredients:

  • Gnocchi (i use the cauliflower gnocchi by Trader Joes)

  • 2 tbs grass fed butter (it wont kill you people!)

  • 3-4 sage leaves, roughly chopped

  • Pinch of salt if your butter is unsalted

  • Optional: a pumpkin puree or tuscan pumpkin sauce by @cucinaantica .


Directions:

  1. Place the butter in a sauté pan on medium heat, allow the butter to melt and

  2. Add in your gnocchi and make sure the gnocchi are separated and not touching,

  3. When the gnocchi are about halfway cooked, add in the chopped sage,

  4. Continue to shuffle the gnocchi around in the pan so all sides are browned. Plate the gnocchi and enjoy!
